Jonathan Dolp has held various roles in the business world since 1995. Jonathan began their career at Franz Family Bakery, where they served as an Information Systems specialist. In 2005, they joined the board of Shotpouch Foundation. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Harvest Food Solutions.

Jonathan Dolp has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Linfield University, where they studied Information Technology.
