Jessica Holman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee and community relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee & Community Relations at Harvest Hands CDC since September 2011. Holman has also contributed to Vanderbilt University as both a Women's Basketball Color Analyst and an Adjunct Instructor since October 2014, where responsibilities include instructing a capstone internship course focused on problem-solving in organizations. Previous roles at Vanderbilt include Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Human & Organizational Development program and participation as an assistant coach for the varsity girl's basketball team at Battle Ground Academy. Holman holds a Master of Education in Community Development & Action and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

We work alongside our neighbors to further education, healthy living, spiritual formation, and economic development. Our social enterprise, Humphreys Street Coffee and Soap, was created to invest in leadership development within our neighborhood by creating jobs, providing mentorship opportunities, and teaching job skills that empower youth such as customer service, marketing, and craftsmanship.
