Mishelle Shooks is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, grant management, and client success. Currently serving as Host Success Team Lead at Harvest Hosts since July 2022, Mishelle has excelled in developing interdepartmental relationships, enhancing communication processes, and providing training to ensure client success amid significant company growth. Prior roles include managing a $1.3 million fund for the Charlevoix County Community Foundation, where Mishelle successfully administered scholarships and streamlined grant processes, and coordinating programs for Leadership Charlevoix County.
