Deb Milimaka Miles

Deb Milimaka Miles has over 30 years of experience in finance, retail, and the technology sectors, including Loblaws where she led large scale transformation initiatives designed to drive behavior change and impact results. More recently, Deb was involved with a dynamic technology company, SMART Technologies, where she led the global HR team as the Chief People Officer and managed the administrative operations and facilities in 16 countries around the world. She has gained expertise working with Start-ups as well as being involved in global mergers and acquisitions. She’s known for building dynamic, cross functional partnerships within the Business and HR.
