Justin Lipton

Justin Lipton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Since January 2022, Justin serves as Partner and Co-Head of Harvest Partners Ascend at Harvest Partners, LP. Additionally, Justin is a Board Member for Sparq and PathWell, roles held since June 2023 and December 2020, respectively. Previous positions include Managing Partner at Aliso Point Partners and CIP Capital, and Board Member for various organizations, including 3Pillar Global, SBI | Sales Benchmark Index, GlynnDevins, Adstra, and Carnegie Learning. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, obtained in 2000.
