Matt Bernstein

Matt Bernstein is currently an Associate at Harvest Partners, LP in the Private Equity - Buyout division. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in the Industrials M&A sector. Matt also has experience as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at PS Capital Partners, LLC, focusing on investments in manufacturing and processing businesses in the Upper Midwest. Before transitioning to finance, Matt founded and managed their own landscaping and snow removal business, eventually selling it to a local buyer. Matt also gained experience as an Asset Management Intern at Heartland Advisors, Inc. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
