Kristy Michelmore has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kristy started their career as an intern at Marcus & Millichap, where they worked as an Assistant. Kristy then moved on to AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, where they served as a Research Analyst intern. In 2011, they interned as an Administrative Assistant at Shelter Bay Retail Group.

Kristy joined Harvest Properties, Inc. in 2011 and has held various roles within the company. Kristy started as a Project Administrator and later became an Assistant Property Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations and accounting of a 500,000 SF office building. Kristy then progressed to the position of Property Manager, where they were responsible for preparing annual operating budgets and organizing construction projects. Kristy later served as a Senior Property Manager, before being promoted to Associate Operations Director and, most recently, Operations Director.

Kristy Michelmore, RPA, BOMI-HP, CMCP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. Kristy attended from 2007 to 2011, with a minor in Spanish and Psychology.
