Joseph D'Ottavio has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Joseph'smost recent role is the President of Harvest Sensations, where they focus on profit optimization, efficiencies, and growth. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vine Line Produce Distribution, Michigan Fresh Marketing, Vine Line Logistics INC, Walsma & Lyons, and Heeren Brothers LLC. Joseph was recruited by an investment firm to turnaround the produce side of a joint venture, and successfully finalized the joint venture of a family-owned produce business.

Before joining Vine Line Produce Distribution, Joseph held the position of Chief Executive Officer at J&J Distributing, where they transformed and modernized the business. Joseph also served as the Vice President of Operations at Maglio Companies, where they improved safety ratings and developed manufacturing processes. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Fresh Del Monte, overseeing various produce locations in the Southeastern USA.

Joseph also has experience as a General Manager at Country Fresh, Inc., where they managed rapid sales growth. Additionally, they served as the Managing Director/VP National Accounts at La Romagnola, and worked as an Executive Pastry Chef at Walt Disney Swan Hotel and Peabody Hotel Group. Joseph started their career as a Pastry Chef instructor at The Culinary Institute of America.

Joseph D'Ottavio pursued continuing education in Business from 1991 to 1992 at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Prior to that, they attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an AOS in Culinary Arts.
