Anna Ramey currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Harvest Solar since June 2021. Prior experience includes HR Manager roles at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc., managing HR operations for a die cast facility, and at Faurecia, overseeing HR functions for an automotive interiors facility. Anna began as an HR Generalist at Faurecia and worked as an Independent Consultant for Confidential Recruiting, focusing on attracting qualified candidates in the manufacturing sector. Additional experience includes positions at Tenneco and L&W Engineering, where Anna developed and implemented HR strategies in non-union environments. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Cleary University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
