Aradhya Srivastava

Aradhya Srivastava is a skilled design engineer currently employed at Harvest Solar since December 2022, following a role as a PV System Designer at Sunrun from July 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities also included serving as an Associate PV System Designer. Prior to this, Aradhya worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Appalachian State University from August 2019 to May 2021, focusing on the performance and reliability of building applied solar photovoltaics, and as a Graduate Assistant at the Wind Research Facility, gaining experience in maintaining wind turbines. Aradhya's career also includes experience as an Associate Trainee at Tata Consultancy Services Limited, contributing to a 24x7 Testing and Support team and enhancing inter-team communication. Aradhya holds a Master of Science degree in Technology from Appalachian State University, along with multiple certificates in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
