Additionally, Elizabeth has extensive experience as the Executive Director and Chief Resource and Marketing Officer at Just Food of Douglas County, KS, and has also served as the Deputy Finance Director and Director of Operations for the Kansas Democratic Party. Elizabeth's educational background includes a degree in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from The University of Kansas and a Community Food Leader certification from Iowa State University.
