Lauren Pascolini H. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in arts management, event coordination, and social media strategy. As the owner of HIGH DESERT TURQUOISE LLC since May 2019 and co-founder of Lucia Aerial Performing Arts since August 2013, Lauren has successfully enhanced brand visibility, grown audience engagement, and produced sold-out performances. With a strong background in community engagement as the Food and Fund Drive Engagement Coordinator at Harvesters—The Community Food Network, previous roles include positions at Hallmark Cards and Ultramax Sports, where Lauren coordinated large teams and orchestrated major events. Lauren's early career includes significant contributions to the Lyric Opera of Kansas City and roles in both performing arts and corporate environments that emphasize creative marketing and community involvement. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice and Opera, and Theater from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Harvesters is a regional food bank serving a 26-county area of northeastern Kansas and northwestern Missouri. Our mission is to mobilize the power of our community to create equitable access to nutritious food and address the root causes of hunger. Our network provides food and household products to more than 760 nonprofit agencies including food pantries, community kitchens, homeless shelters, children’s homes and others.
