Abigail Davis

Abigail Davis is an experienced professional currently serving as User Operations Team Lead at Harvey since May 2024, following a role as User Operations Specialist in Customer Success. Prior to this, Abigail spent nearly three years at AlphaSights, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate in Client Services, where a focus on client liaison and project management led to strengthened relationships and improved client retention. Earlier experiences include a Media Marketing and Editorial Internship at College Trips and Tips, where Abigail successfully managed social media strategies and increased online engagement, and a Media Marketing Internship at ALCHEMY, which involved conducting research and managing client social media accounts.
