Miranda Diversi, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Harvey Construction since May 2017, Miranda oversees all HR functions, including planning, employment processes, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state laws. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at St. Paul's School, where responsibilities encompassed benefit administration, leave administration, and strategic planning. Additionally, Miranda worked as an HR Assistant, handling recruiting, onboarding, and maintenance of HR information systems. Earlier in the career, Miranda gained sales experience as a Wireless Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
