Robert Madden

Robert Madden has over 30 years of work experience, starting in the U.S. Army as an Operations Supervisor NCOIC and Personnel Supervisor NCOIC. Currently, Madden is working as a Chief Engineer for Harvey Gulf International Marine, where they are responsible for engine room personnel and maintaining the ship in class with ABS.
