Angela Milo

Angela Milo serves as the Executive Director of the International Youth Science Journal since August 2022, overseeing an executive team and managing the publication of seasonal issues for a youth-led, peer-reviewed online science journal that has garnered over 38,000 views and features more than 100 articles. Previously, Angela held the position of Head of Educational Outreach, where initiatives such as the Intro to Research Seminar Series were launched, in addition to presentations at the University of the Pacific. As a Student Researcher at the Aspiring Scholars Directed Research Program from January to October 2023, Angela conducted wet-lab research in organometallic chemistry and catalysis, presenting findings at prominent conferences. Angela gained tutoring experience at MyLearningSquare, assisting K-8 students with math and developing lesson plans. Educational pursuits include attendance at Homestead High School, De Anza College, and a brief study at the University of Michigan in 2021.
