Mark Ashley

Mark Ashley is an experienced academic administrator currently serving as the Registrar and Assistant Vice President for Student Information Management at Harvey Mudd College since November 2011. Previously, Mark held the position of Registrar and Director of Institutional Research at Salem College from August 2008 to October 2011, and worked as Associate Dean at Winston-Salem State University from August 2007 to July 2008. Earlier in his career, Mark was a Lecturer and Preceptor in International Relations at the University of Chicago from September 2000 to July 2007. Mark holds a Master's degree in political science from the University of Chicago (1997) and has completed coursework towards a PhD at the same institution. Mark's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in political science and German from Rutgers University (1994) and a year at the University of Konstanz.
