Kendra Swansburg

Kendra Swansburg has a diverse background in human resources and management. Kendra is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Harvey Performance Company, where they are involved in various HR initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as a Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Before joining Harvey Performance Company, Kendra worked at Sovos as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they led a team of recruiters and oversaw recruitment efforts for international offices.

Earlier in their career, Kendra was a Human Resources Generalist at UFP Technologies, Inc. Kendra communicated and advised on HR policies, managed staffing efforts, and proposed improvements to enhance effectiveness.

Before that, they worked at Target Corporation, where they held multiple leadership positions. Kendra served as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, overseeing payroll, scheduling, and staffing for a large team. Kendra also acted as an Executive Team Leader in Softlines & Guest Experience, driving sales and recruiting new team members. Additionally, they gained experience as a Stores Executive Intern, where they guided a team through daily store operations and developed their leadership skills.

Throughout their career, Kendra has gained expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, and team leadership.

Kendra Swansburg completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Kendra attended this school from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth - Charlton College of Business, completing it from 2009 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Kendra obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015. Kendra also acquired the SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management certification from SHRM in 2014.
