Jon Eyers has worked in the recruitment industry since 1999. Jon began their career as a Senior Consultant at Computer People, where they were responsible for developing new business within the Contract IT Recruitment market. Jon then moved to Veritas IT in 2003, where they were promoted to Sales Manager and Head of Managed Services. In 2007, they became the Sales and Business Development Director at Provide, where they conducted a strategic review of the business and held P&L responsibility. In 2008, they joined LUSH Consulting Ltd as a Joint Owner and Director, focusing on Senior Appointments within the Recruitment market across IT and Telecoms. Since 2009, they have been the Founder of Harvey Thomas, a Recruitment business exclusively positioned in the Software (SaaS) industry. Their day-to-day activity focuses on Senior Software Sales recruitment for their clients.

Jon Eyers completed their A Levels at Milton Keynes College between 1990 and 1992. Jon then attended the University of Hertfordshire between 1992 and 1996, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Business and Tourism.
