Conny de Fijter has extensive experience in functional management, currently serving as a Microsoft 365 and educational applications functional manager at HAS Hogeschool since December 2021. Previous roles include functional manager and housing advisor at Casade from April 2003 to December 2021. Conny has pursued various educational opportunities, including certifications and trainings in functional management, Office 365, Lean methodologies, and SharePoint, culminating in qualifications such as MHBO in functional management and business processes, as well as degrees in professional advisory skills and yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma.
