Julie Moura

Julie Moura is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. At Hasbro, from July 2022 to November 2024, Julie served as Vice President of HR Planning, Analytics, and Technology, where responsibilities included operationalizing the Global People Strategy and leveraging data-driven insights for impactful execution. Previous roles at Hasbro included Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer and Senior Director of the Global HR Program Management Office, where Julie led major initiatives driving performance transformation. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Human Resources for United Technologies' Global Fire Suppression business and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Schneider Electric. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Providence College and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Salve Regina University.
