Kristen Timmins

Kristen Timmins is an experienced professional in internal communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, VP at Hasbro since June 2022. In this role, Kristen develops and implements an internal brand for the executive leadership team while partnering with HR to enhance employee engagement during a transformative period for the company. Prior to Hasbro, Kristen held the position of Internal Communications Lead, VP at State Street from November 2014 to June 2022, focusing on communications for corporate functions and organizational change. Additional experience includes roles as Compliance Lead, Business Control VP, and Compliance Manager at John Hancock, where Kristen was involved in international tax law compliance, and as a Representative Aid for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a focus on Law & Society and Global Communication from the University of Southern California, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New England Law | Boston.
