Shelby Iapoce is a professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and sustainability leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at Hasbro, Shelby has held various managerial roles in customer strategic marketing, focusing on Target and Growth Channels. Additionally, Shelby leads the Sustainability Learning Community Committee at WiT - Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment, and has experience as a yoga instructor, fellowship consultant, and graduate assistant.
