Randy Patton Csp

Randy Patton, CSP, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Owner Client Liaison at Health and Safety Council® since August 2020, while also holding the position of Principal at Inspire Safety since July 2020. Additionally, Randy Patton is the Volunteer Water Project Lead for STRAW TO BREAD since May 2023. Previously, Randy Patton worked at HollyFrontier Corporation from June 2013 to June 2020, where roles included Vice President of Safety, Health and OEMS, Sr. Manager of Corporate Health and Safety, and Corporate Safety Specialist. Randy’s earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Technical Services at Total Safety US, Inc. from February 2010 to May 2013, and as Director of Emergency Preparedness & Response at Valero Energy Corporation from September 1997 to February 2010. Randy Patton studied at Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1990.
