Dr Natalia Dernowska-Żaczyk

Dr. Natalia Dernowska-Żaczyk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as an Ekspert HR BP at PSZK since September 2021, Dr. Dernowska-Żaczyk has also held multiple roles, including HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner, at Grupa Hasco since November 2018. Dr. Dernowska-Żaczyk is responsible for preparing the HR BP team and implementing a competency management system within the company. Additionally, Dr. Dernowska-Żaczyk contributed to academia as a lecturer at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu from February 2019 to January 2023. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Management Sciences from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and several postgraduate degrees in HR and Business Communication.
