David Hammond

David Hammond is a Partner and European and Chartered Patent Attorney at HLK, a position held since May 2019. Previously, David was a Partner and Patent Attorney at Haseltine Lake LLP from January 2007 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Worker at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, where research focused on novel techniques for labeling and detection of nucleic acids from November 2004 to December 2006. David obtained a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield in 2004, following an MChem with European Studies in Chemistry from the same institution, completed in 2000.
