Gabrielle McGuigan

Gabrielle McGuigan has extensive experience in trade mark administration and formalities, holding key roles at various firms. Currently, Gabrielle serves as a CITMA Paralegal and Formalities and Renewals Manager at HLK since May 2019. Prior to this, Gabrielle was the Formalities Manager at Kempner & Partners from March 2014 to May 2019 and at Walker Morris from July 2012 to March 2014. Gabrielle began a career in trade mark formalities at Pinsent Masons, where duties included filing trade mark applications and managing trade mark administrators, spanning a decade from June 2001 to May 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as a Trade Mark Paralegal at Spoor & Fisher and as a Secretary at Ernst & Young. Gabrielle's educational background includes an Advanced Secretarial Diploma obtained at Highlands College in 1991, with additional training from ITMA in 2007.
