Bruno L. Kmita Passos has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles.

Bruno L. Kmita is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Hashdex since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Polo Capital from 2008 to 2018, where they held various positions including Software Engineer and Risk Manager, responsible for system development, risk management, and managing the IT team.

Before joining Polo Capital, they worked as an IT Analyst at RiskControl from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for system integration and requirements gathering.

Bruno L. Kmita also served as a Systems Architect at globo.com from 2007 to 2007, managing project deliveries and interacting with stakeholders.

Additionally, Bruno has early career experience as a Jr Analyst and Intern at TIM Brasil, where they worked on product development, and as an Intern at RiskControl Serviços LTDA, where they provided support and made improvements to reporting tools.

Bruno L. Kmita also has unpaid internship experience at Embratel in 2002, where they contributed to the creation of a network for router analysis. Bruno's expertise lies in software engineering, risk management, system development, and database administration.

Bruno L. Kmita Passos completed their undergraduate degree in Electronic and Computing Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Bruno also obtained additional certifications. Bruno L. Kmita earned the MCITP: Database Administrator 2008 certification from Microsoft in January 2009, and the CPA-20 certification from ANBIMA Certificação e Educação in December 2018.
