Henry Oyama has an extensive background in finance, starting as an intern at Risk Office before moving up to various roles at Lacan Investimentos. After gaining experience as a credit analyst at Mauá Capital, Henry transitioned to Hashdex where Henry worked as a Product Specialist before being promoted to Head of Investment Solutions & Distribution Brazil. Henry also co-founded Sooner during their time at Lacan Investimentos. Henry holds a degree in Engenheiro from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed the Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD.
