Diego Valadares Kientz

Diego Valadares Kientz, CCP, currently serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at HashiCorp since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing global compensation programs and managing the quarterly executive bonus program. Previously, Diego held the same title at OpenGov Inc. from January 2022 to October 2023, focusing on the maintenance of the company's compensation structure and collaborating with various departments to provide salary recommendations.
