Javier Rojas Monge

Javier Rojas Monge is a seasoned professional in the field of sales operations and analytics, currently serving as the Sr. Sales Operations and Analytics Manager at HashiCorp since October 2022. With a strong background in business intelligence, Javier previously held the role of Senior Business Analyst at VMware from September 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included acting as a subject matter expert in BI/Analytics and using Python for data automation. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Intelligence Developer at National Instruments and a Data Analyst at McKinsey & Company, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions. Javier is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Universidad de Costa Rica, having completed a Licenciatura in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
