John Hornbeck is an experienced technology professional with a substantial background in support engineering and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Support Engineering for Secure Products at HashiCorp since February 2017, John has played a pivotal role in architecting and scaling global support teams, focusing on Vault and Secure products. Prior to this, John held various leadership positions at HashiCorp, including Director of Support Engineering for Runtime Products. John's expertise extends beyond HashiCorp, having founded Blank Generation Creative Agency, where responsibilities include photography, cinematography, and stage design. Other notable roles include Head of Technical Support at Contentful, Director of Customer Support at Chef, and VP positions at Basho Technologies, Inc. John holds a degree in Computer Science from Cameron University.
