Sophie Neal is an experienced Sr. Benefits Specialist at HashiCorp since May 2022, focusing on the development, implementation, and administration of benefit policies across the EMEA region, managing leave administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Prior to HashiCorp, Sophie held various roles at Adobe, including Sr. Recruiting Coordinator and ERC & Talent Coordinator, and worked at Adobe Workfront as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Sophie holds a BSC in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2014.
