Taylor Hoagland

Taylor Hoagland is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in sales development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Senior SDR Manager - Global at HashiCorp since October 2021, Taylor has successfully launched and scaled sales development efforts within the organization, which specializes in infrastructure automation for multi-cloud environments. Prior to HashiCorp, Taylor held the position of Enterprise Sales Development Manager at Verkada, where security solutions were reimagined to enhance safety. Taylor's prior roles also include Senior Account Executive at Robert Half, Division Director, Environmental Account Manager at Stericycle, and Area Sales Manager at Encompass Home Health & Hospice. Taylor began a professional sports career as a player with the Amateur Softball Association while also coaching at Amherst College. Educationally, Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
