Vlad Sankin

Vlad Sankin is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at HashiCorp since October 2023, specializing in Identity & Access Management. With a diverse background in notable companies, Vlad held the role of Director of Engineering at Verkada, leading Business Systems teams, and contributed to Google Analytics in an engineering leadership capacity. Previous experience includes significant positions at Atlassian focused on the Identity Cloud Platform, and roles at DNAnexus, Citrix, AppDirect, VMware, HP, and Mercury Interactive, where Vlad demonstrated expertise in identity management, API development, and scalable web applications. Vlad holds BS and BA degrees, magna cum laude, in Computer Science and Philosophy from San Jose State University.
