Elena Truskova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Elena started their career at RDW-media, where they served as a Senior website editor and later became a Team lead, overseeing project management, web content editing, and data processing. Elena then joined Yandex as an Integration Project Manager, working on the integration of Paycash into the company. Elena later became the Head of the Product Team and Customer Care at Yandex.Money, leading the transition from project management to product management + engineering management. At Sletat.ru, they served as a Project Manager for the HR team and Product Advisor for the PM team, bringing structure to hiring and firing processes. Elena then joined Yandex as a Senior Product Manager in the core search department, where they focused on improving reach, user experience, and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) by leveraging ML technologies. Elena also worked as a Product Management Consultant, providing guidance to individual entrepreneurs, freelancers, and women* who were balancing multiple work and personal goals. Most recently, Elena joined Hashtag You as a Senior Product Manager, where they lead an international ecommerce team to enhance the performance and conversion of Shopify-powered online stores for various markets.
