Michelle Martin, CPA

Michelle Martin, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in middle office and transaction operations. Currently serving as Managing Director for Hannon Armstrong, Michelle has successfully implemented various systems in portfolio management, including asset management for wind projects and property tax tracking. Previously, at American Capital, Michelle held the role of Vice President, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance and reporting for a $5 billion debt portfolio. Michelle also served as Director of Operations and Comptroller at Borvin Beverage Franchise Corporation, managing national franchising developments and financial analyses. Early career experience includes CPA work at Ginsberg & Helfer, PLLC, focusing on client accounting and tax preparation. Michelle holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from George Mason University.
