David C. Chang

David C. Chang, CPA, has extensive experience in tax consulting and management, currently serving as a Tax Principal at Haskell & White LLP since February 2017. Prior to this role, David held the position of Tax Manager at Katherman Kitts & Co. LLP from December 2013 to January 2017 and worked as a Tax Supervisor at Marcum LLP from September 2006 to November 2013. David completed a degree at UC Irvine between 1998 and 2003.
