We are looking for a personable individual to join our Residential Sales team to contribute to our future growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our experienced team based at our landmark Reading office, helping our customers find their dream homes.

Person Specification

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in Estate Agency
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • People first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good local knowledge
  • Growth mindset
  • Full Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Management of email inboxes
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings
  • Booking valuations
  • Conducting viewings and seeking offers
  • Providing thorough viewing feedback
  • Objection handling
  • Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Assisting the Head of Residential Sales with the day to day running of the Sales Department

Hours of work

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, with an earlier finish of 5:30pm on Friday.
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break
