Prior experience includes roles as Supplier Claims Manager and Executive Project Manager at HaslerRail, where responsibilities spanned claim management, production transfers, and department integrations. Sarah's background also includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard and Ingram Micro, focusing on supply chain program management and buyer functions. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and German from The University of Manchester and studied at the University of Basel.

Founded in 1887 as a part of Berne’s biggest non-government employer, the Tachymetry Division of Hasler AG Bern has since then written a history of excellence.
