Mohy-Eldin Abdin

Mohy-Eldin Abdin serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Hassan Allam Holding since December 2014, with significant responsibilities in governance and reporting. Abdin has played a pivotal role in the institutional transformation of the company, implementing Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Financial Planning, and Corporate Treasury. Additionally, Abdin holds board positions at several organizations, including as Head of the Audit Committee for both the National Egyptian Railway Industries Company and PGESCO, and is active within the audit and hotel committees at Smart Villages Development & Management Company. Prior experience includes a distinguished career at HSBC, where Abdin advanced from Assistant Relationship Manager to Head of Corporate Banking, managing comprehensive banking operations across various sectors. Abdin earned an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
