HASTINGS
Islea Galazin, NCIDQ, LEED GA, is an experienced interior designer currently employed at HASTINGS since July 2023. Prior to this position, Islea held the role of Interior Designer III at Perkins&Will from June 2021 to July 2023, and served as Project Manager at Venture Architecture, Inc. from May 2018 to June 2021. Previous experience also includes roles as an Interior Designer at DCC Design Group, an Interior Design Intern at The S/L/A/M Collaborative, and several freelance positions focusing on residential renovations and floor plans. Islea gained early experience as a site supervisor in the West Village, NYC, and as a Retail Sales employee at Macy's during the holiday season. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, completed in 2015.
