Jayan de Silva

Jayan De Silva is a GRC Analyst at Hastings Deering since July 2023 and has been a Business Analyst at Habitat Chartered Architects & Engineers since August 2012, where responsibilities include making executive decisions on technological requirements and analyzing business structures. Jayan has also held positions such as System Administrator and System Analyst in various organizations, including Mulgowie Farming Company and Ascension IT, where duties spanned IT support, business intelligence reporting, and infrastructure audits. A co-founder of Serendipitrip Pty Ltd, Jayan also has a background in web development and research, notably at the University of Melbourne, focusing on Artificial Intelligence for dementia research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Information Technology from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Information Technology from QUT, and a diploma in Information Technology from Edith Cowan University.
