Andy Pickard

Andy Pickard is a seasoned professional in fraud management with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Policy Fraud Manager at Hastings Direct since August 2025, Andy previously held the position of Policy Fraud Operations Manager and Fraud Lead at Marshmallow from October 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Andy worked at esure as Intelligence Team Leader and Financial Crime Intelligence Officer from December 2012 to October 2022. Andy began a career in fraud management as a Counter Fraud Data Team Analyst at AXA from December 2011 to December 2012. Andy holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Computing from The University of Huddersfield, which was obtained between 2007 and 2011.
