Lucy Heritage is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Customer Insight Manager at Hastings Direct since May 2019. Lucy has also held the roles of Senior Claims Analyst and Peril Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Lucy worked as an Administrator at Premier Choice Healthcare Ltd from July 2018 to April 2019. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Plymouth.
