Robert Clement

Robert Clement is an experienced professional in the fields of credit risk and collections, currently serving as the Lead Analyst for Collections & Recoveries at Hastings Direct since August 2025. Prior roles include Credit Risk Consultant at 4most, Senior Analyst - Collections Strategy at 118 118 Money, and a series of positions at Vanquis Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Credit Risk Affordability analysis to profit modeling and collections strategy. Prior to Vanquis Bank, Robert worked as a Travel Broker at DialAFlight and held a director position at Shake Time Ltd. Robert began a career in business sales as a Sales Advisor at BT following the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Kent in 2005.
