Douglas Drenth

Douglas Drenth has extensive experience in information technology and corporate governance. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company since April 2017, Douglas previously held the position of Corporate Director of IT at Flexfab, LLC from November 1998 to February 2023, where responsibilities included directing and managing a skilled IT team to enhance systems and business processes across multiple international locations. Earlier in his career, Douglas worked as a Programming Manager at Automotive Diagnostics from January 1990 to November 1998 and as a Programmer at Allen Testproducts from January 1980 to December 1990. Douglas earned an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2007.
