The current leadership team at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company has a wide range of experience in the insurance industry, including positions in IT, underwriting, claims, and operations. They have also worked for a variety of companies, including Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions, Horace Mann, Argonaut Great Central Insurance Co., and The Hanover Insurance Group. In addition to this industry experience, the team members also hold degrees from PDA Engineering College, Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, Iowa State University, Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, Ferris State University, and Northwestern University.
