Paula Guagliardi

Paula Guagliardi has been working in the design industry since 2004. Paula began their career as a Junior Interactive Designer at KASIOPEA. Paula then moved to Publiquest as an Interactive Designer in 2007. In 2008, they joined Grey Worldwide as a Senior Interactive Designer and Starcom MediaVest Group as a Team Leader, where they launched the Digital Innovation division and worked as a strategist and creative lead. In 2009, they founded Furycat Studio, where they developed digital strategies, social media campaigns, designed websites, and e-commerces. In 2019, they joined Blockinar as a UX/UI Designer, where they worked in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies to reach their goals. Currently, they are a Senior UX Product Designer at Hasty.ai.

Paula Guagliardi has an extensive education history. Paula completed a Web Designer degree from Escuela Da Vinci in 2005 and a Development of Digital Products degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2017. Additionally, they have been enrolled in The Interaction Design Foundation since 2017. Paula also has obtained numerous certifications, including a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group (2022), Accessibility: How to Design for All from The Interaction Design Foundation (2020), Conducting Usability Testing from The Interaction Design Foundation (2020), Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn (2020), UI Design Patterns for Successful Software from The Interaction Design Foundation (2020), Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation (2018), HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION - HCI from The Interaction Design Foundation (2018), User Experience: Introductory Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation (2018), and Ux Designer from Scratch from The Interaction Design Foundation (2018).
