Rafael Koch

Rafael Koch is currently working at HAT.tec GmbH since November 2023, enabling the mission of tomorrow. Prior to this, at Operations1 from April 2018 to October 2023, Rafael was the Head of Customer Success, focusing on scaling up the company as the first employee. Preceding this role, Rafael worked at FERCHAU Aviation Group as a Project Leader from January 2017 to March 2018 and at Airbus in project management from February 2015 to January 2017.
